Résumé
This study identifies and documents the present day design, production, and ornamentation of mocassions by the women on the Janvier Reserve at Chard, Northern Alberta. Data were collected from archival and museum sources, as well as from field work conducted at Chard in the spring of 1986. Included is a comaparison of the stylistic differencies between the mocassions made today and those produced before World War II, although a definitive analysis was not possible, given the samll museum sample.
