- The book is devoted to the Titian altarpiece "St Mary Magdalene with St Blaise, the Archangel Raphael with Tobias and the Donator," and the Dominican community that commissioned it. The articles cover the five-year process of investigation, documentation, and treatment in the studios of the Croatian Conservation Institute, with detailed descriptions of the painting technique and materials, the conservation treatment itself, non-destructive testing, and scientific analysis of pigments and binders.
