- The present work is a report summarizing the conclusions of the workshop's participants. The study resulted in a suggested process and a set of analytical tools with which museums can assess their personnel resources for managing collections. It suggests guidelines for museums to use when planning professional development agenda that are specific to institutional needs and goals.
