- The catalogue provides a listing of all Canadian thefts that have been reported to Interpol's Cultural Property Desk during the [year of 1994]. Some earlier thefts that were not listed before have also been included.
- The publication is based on theft reports registered on the Register for Stolen Art and Artefacts (ROSA) and combines the information of the regular art theft notices that are issued shortly after a theft has occurred. The catalogue has been published since 1985 on a yearly basis, with a total listing of over 2000 stolen art objects.
- Le présent catalogue donne la liste de tous les vols commis au Canada et signalés au Module des biens culturels d'Interpol au cours de l'année [1994]. Il inclut également certains vols commis antérieurment qui n'avaient pas été mentionnés dans les dernières publications.
- Ce catalogue se fonde sur les rapports de vol inscrits dans la base de données au système ROSA (Registre des objets d'art et des artefacts volés). Il reprend les renseignements des avis qui sont émis peu de temps après la perpétration d'un vol. Ce catalogue, publié chaque année depuis 1985, fait état de près de 2000 objets d'art volés.
