Journal Title "vol." nn [issue number]: first page-last page reference. Enter book articles from most recent to original, using the format: Author [surname, given name(s) or initials]. Date [year] of publication. Title of paper. "in" Title of Book. "Edition" number. Editor's name, "ed." Publisher, city of publication. "pp.". Where 'nn' is the volume number and 'pp.' is the page reference in full. A semicolon and a space should separate multiple entries.
