- Entry rules
- Enter the disciplines or the main areas of the institution's collections as a whole. A semicolon and a space should separate multiple entries. Repeating the same information in each record is not necessary, because data in this field may be automatically generated.
- Cataloguers rules
- The collection containing the Object Name (OB) should be identified in the Museum Collection field (MUSCOL).
