Entry rules
Enter terms in the singular, separating multiple entries by a semicolon and a space. Names should follow the standard inverted format and dates should be separated by a dash and followed by a semicolon and the event name, if applicable.
Cataloguers rules
This field is to be used when items have a particular person or event in their historical and/or military provenance. Images of persons or events should be entered in the Subject/Image field (SUB). Inscriptions should be entered in the Inscription field (NTRLT).
