- NOTE: This field has NOT been updated as part of the May 2010 Data Dictionary update. Priority for the Data Dictionary update was given to those fields that are required or strongly recommended for Artefacts Canada contribution. The Entry Rules for this field will be updated at a later date.
- Entry rules
- Enter the site latitude or the start latitude in the format DDMMSS space direction space "?" or "C", where the direction is written as "N" or "S" and where the "C" stands for circa and the "?" for uncertain or zero-filled data. Enter a range in latitude in the format DDMMSS space direction semicolon space DDMMSS space direction. The field should be zero-filled to six digits for range searching. A semicolon and a space should separate multiple entries.
