- Entry rules
- Enter the registration number. Numbers assigned by the maker or any other source should be entered. Where the agency assigning the number is not self-evident, its name should also be entered in parentheses after the number. A semicolon and a space should separate multiple entries.

- Patent or copyright numbers should be entered in the Patent/Copyright Numbers field (PCN).
