- Entry rules
- Enter the collector number or code assigned in the field to the object or lot by the field collector/archaeologist. A semicolon and a space should separate multiple entries.
- Cataloguers rules
- This number or code is assigned by the archaeologist/department and has no relationship to numbering systems used by the museum registration department. See also, Permit Number (PT), and other Collection fields with mnemonics prefixed by 'COL'.
