Application for the use of the Canada 150 logo
- Your online session will expire if it has been inactive for 60 minutes. For security reasons the system is not designed to save your information and you will lose all information previously entered.
What you need before you apply
- Decide which version of the logo you will use.
- Prepare mock-up images or illustrations of the product on which you plan to use the Canada 150 logo. You can download a low-resolution logo to prepare your mock-up.

The information you provide is done voluntarily. Failure to provide the required information will result in the rejection of your application. Information will also be used for statistical and reporting purposes. The information is collected under the authority of paragraph 4(2)(h) of the Department of Canadian Heritage Act.
Your personal information is protected under the provisions of the federal Privacy Act and will be retained by the Department of Canadian Heritage for 5 to 7 years. Under the Act, you have the right to access your personal information and request changes to incorrect information.
