History of Use: | Canadian Navy. Belonged to Dr. Hector K. Swain who was a Chaplain in the Canadian Navy, rank of Lieutenant-Commander, pre 1957. He is currently retired and living in Mount Pearl. Unknown which uniform worn with which rank. |
