| Description : | The artifact is a sewing machine. It is made of black painted metal. An upright arm extends perpendicular to the base which is attached to a wheel. The wheel is attached to a handle which is turned to operate the machine. On the other side of the upright arm is a horizonal arm that protrudes the sewing head which contains the needle. A white thread holder is in the center of the machine for the thread to pass through to thread the needle. A spool of black thread has been placed on top of the machine. |
