| Description : | The artifact is a gooseneck that has a "U" shape bottom and a spiral top with a "V" shaped end. This instrument also known as a swivel was used as a hitch for towing carts etc. a pin would be located in the hole of the hitch and when it was pulled out the cart would tip up and the contents would be emptied on the ground. |
