Description : | Two augers of different shape and size. The longer auger has a spiral bottom and a hole in the top for a handle. The shorter auger has a scoop-like bottom known as a pod auger. It was named the pod auger because of its resemblence to the pod in which peas form and grow. Both augers were used for boring holes. |
