Director of Surgery Camp Hill Hospital (1946-71) In Command of No.5 Field Amb. Which consisted of people from Western Canada. Served in the Italian Campaign (Ortona). He was transferred to command No.7 Can. C.C.S. in March 1944 and in June then it was discovered by the army that he was a surgeon and again transfered to No.6 Can. Hospital in Sussex Eng. He kept a meticulous diary of his war time service as well as paintings. This information was collected by the donor and is attached via written letter to the donation sheet. |
