Fonctions : Family lived on Lawlor's Island. House in photo now gone. Helen Blanke was born on the island, possibly all children of her generation were. Helen lived to 90 years of age. She moved to Woodside with her parents and family, date unknown. Donor believes his grandfather was in charge of German prisoners on Lawlor's Island during WWI. Donor grew up in Dartmouth, is an only child.
