Description :	Newspaper clipping of a cartoon by Roy Reid. The cartoon is dated July 8th, 1965. This newspaper clipping come from the "Free Press" which is printed at the top center of the page. This cartoon shows a dog holding up a man in a chair by his collar, the man is holding a drink (presumably beer) in his left hand and has his finger raised in the air. He is across a table from another gentleman, with another glass of beer. The man with the dog exclaims "Don't let it bother you~/ It's just Joe Zatzman wants me to form a quorum." Underneath the cartoon is written "Civic business seems to slump in summer~ making up a quorum/ can require the tracking down of Alderman." Marks and labels: The date "Jul. 8 1965" is printed in stamped in red ink three times over the clipping. Also, in the top left corner, there is the indentation of a paper clip. Condition: Fair
