| Description : | Triangular prism shaped stand with V shaped sides, 2 circular bars at the bottom, a W shaped lever with a heavy block at the end, and many pegs on it. Spare leg is included that has BW written on it. |

| Fonctions : | retted and dried stalks of flax are laid across and the arm is brought down. the rigid inner core of flax is broken into short pieces that fall, while the soft outer fibers remain. |
