| Description : | Envelope addressed to Capt. J. E. Slocomb Port George Annapolis Co. Nova Scotia. On the top left is written in black ink " Answered Dec. 30th 1881." There are two post mark stamps in black ink, one in the top centre that reads " Galveston Dec 22 3pm Tex" and the other is over top of the blue and white postage stamp in the top right. There are 2 postage stamps one is blue and white and the other is red and white. On the back in a post mark stamp on the bottom left in black ink and there is some black marks or dirt on the back as well. |
