Description : | A - Dress. Cut on bias forming a bell shape; Silk printed into green, white and grey plaid; Front opening closes with 4 hook & eyes; Front panel edged with ribbons, 12 buttons on panel; Pocket on either side; Short raglan sleeves with ribbon trim about 1 inch from lower edge; Square neckline edged with ribbon; Lace edging around neck and sleeves (added at a later time); Fully lined and completely hand stitched. B - Camisole. Rectangular shape cut in one piece 58cm by 20cm. Slit for armholes cut from top edge down 8cm and in from each edge 15cm. Machine edge along all seams. 1.5cm lace along neck edge and down front about 3 cm. Sleeves are 4cm wide lace set into armhole slits. |

Higgins Renniw and she gave it to her daughter, Helen Elizabeth Corbett. |
