| Description : | The main part of the hat is black velvet. From the top to the edge are narrow rows of pink silk and black velvet. On each side are clusters of velvet in the shape of bows. On the front of the hat are similar clusters of bows from silk and on the back is a silk bow. Two long ties of black velvet are attached, which are to be tied under the chin. |
