| Description : | Tintype image of Horace Greenough (according to the hand writing on a paper enclosing this tintype). From collection donated in 1999 by G Greenough of Kentville, NS. All 22 tintypes in the collection are from the estate of Sadie (Shaw) Greenough from the late 1970's. Donor suggests the people in the images are perhaps either Shaws from Wolfville, NS or Greenoughs from Windsor, NS as her/his father (Horace Greenough) was a bandmaster there at the time. Donor suggests the tintypes may be from the 1910's. |
