| Description : | The composite photo consists of twenty two black and white photos, each 7.3 X 9.8 cm. Black and white photo of school in center of composite measures 12.5 X 12 cm. Pictures are arranged diagonally on the matting. All photos are glued to a piece of ivory colored matting. The matting and photos are covered in glass and framed in an oak wood frame which has been painted dark brown. On the back, the photo is held in place with a piece of heavy cardboard secured to the frame with sixteen small nails hammered into sides of frame. At one time the nails would have been covered with brown masking tape, but, most of it is torn from the cardboard. A piece of aluminum wire is twisted and attached to two metal eye hooks screwed into either side of frame 22 cm from the top. Wood on back of frame is unfinished. |
