Commentaires : | The story about the abdication of Edward VIII and the ascension of his brother as George vI is too well known to be repeated here. At the time of thee coronation in 1937, countries around the Commonwealth celebrated and countless commemorawtive eitems and souvenirs were sold, These included medals that seemed somewhat like officla ones that were issued at the time. Others were less pretentions in appearance. This one is quite simple and is of very light metal, weighing nexxt to nothing. |
