Commentaires : | This may have been a premium given to newspaper subscribers. At one point, such items were given to newsboys to distribute to their customers and may also have been sent with the paper to those receiving it by mail. The image shows a ather standardized version of Native American life in that the people around the teepees are dressed in a very generic manner, apparently with blankets ued as clothing. The people fishing appear to be using spears, which was common on the Restigouche at one time. |
