| Description : | A silver pair of handcuffs. Each handcuff is an oval shape with a round piece attached to the outside that has a key hole that goes right through. On one side of the round piece, there is also a rectangular button with ridges on the top, on both handcuffs. On the outer edge of the round piece is a screw. One link from a chain connects the two metal loops that are attached to the cuffs by an oval shaped hinge. On the lock section of the handcuffs printed in the metal is "Pat May 2, 1899. |
