| Description : | LOG JACK: It has a long bar shaped cast metal handle that's slightly curved and has an extension on the top and one on the side, 27.8cm from the base. This side extension is 13cm long and held onto the bar with two bolts of some kind with rounded heads. The extension out to the side from the top is 9.7cm long before it reshapes to a semi vertical claw-like shape. It is 19.7cm long in total. There is a bolt through each of the extensions that holds a bell shaped piece of wood in place. The piece can be revolved. It is 23 cm long and has a diameter at its base of 9.5cm. Raised lettering on the side of the claw possibly reads P1542 but it is not clear. There is a numnber written on the bell in felt pen 75-4500. The bar portion of the article is approximately 58cm long 4.5cm wide and 1.3cm thick.; Metal, Steel Previous number 75-4500. |
