Description :	Esophagoscope, which consists of a long hollow cylindrical tube with a round open end and a bevelled open tip; the round end has a hollow square piece of metal attached to its bottom which forms a 90 deg angle; the bottom of this attachment piece has a handle grip attached to it (also at a 90 deg angle), which makes the handle parallel with the tube; there is a round adjustment knob near the top of the attachment piece; the handle is hollow and rounded and is wider near the bottom, with an end that points inwards towards the tube
