| Description : | Straight laryngoscope blade, which consists of a flat piece of metal bent into a semi-circular shape that is open on one side; the base of the blade has a solid rectangular piece of metal with a notch at the top which allows the attachment of the blade to a laryngoscope handle; at the right side, leading from the base, is a metal tube which ends near the tip of the blade with a small glass and metal light bulb; the light bulb is cylindrical in shape with smooth edges and a rounded glass end; it can be removed and changed; the tip of the laryngoscope is flat with rounded corners |
