| Description : | Nipro hemodialysis arterial venous fistula needle set with clamp, which consists of (a) a length of hollow cylindrical silastic tubing with a needle at one end and a capped opening at the other end; the needle is made of cylindrical hollow metal and has a bevelled tip; it is covered with (b) a removable piece of hollow cylindrical plastic tubing that is open at both ends; there is a piece of bow-shaped flat plastic on the tube at the base of the needle; the middle of the silastic tube has a rounded plastic clip that clamps the tube closed when clicked shut; the other end of the silastic tube has an attached piece of hollow cylindrical plastic with a round open end that is capped with (c) a round screw-off cap; the fistula needle arrived sealed in a paper and plastic package; there is printed manufacturing information on the bottom paper piece |
