There is also a small spruce tree tied with a red ribbon in the bottom right corner.
Fonctions : The annual Mayor's Gala is an event to raise money for local arts and culture programs in the City of Mississauga. The gala began in 1986 to help raise funds for the construction of the Living Arts Centre.

The Living Arts Centre, which opened in 1997, is located at the heart of Mississauga, near City Hall. The building was designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects and is divided into two sections, one for arts and crafts and the other for performing arts. It is used as a venue for a variety of arts and cultural programs year-round, supporting local and well as national artists and groups. Over 300,000 visitors arrive each year to take part in the various activities the Living Arts Centre offers.
