Description : A colour photograph of an unidentified man standing next to a white sign that reads "National Safe Driving Week". The man is wearing a white collar shirt with a dark striped tie and dark slacks. The white sign is attached to a grey board that is located inside an office space in what is believed to be the Civic Centre.
Fonctions : National Safe Driving Week was initiated by the Canada Safety Council (est. 1918?) and occurs between December 1st and 7th of each year. In 1955 it started with a just one day a year and grew the following year to a week long campaign.
