| Description : | A colour photograph of a large transport truck parked on the side of an unknown road near Square One Shopping Centre. The truck's cab is painted white with yellow and black stripes on the side. Standing near the front of the truck are two unidentified men; not far from the men stands a single orange/red barrier. The truck is parked along the side of the road that is not developed except for twin apartment buildings that stand in the far background. |
| Fonctions : | Part of a safe transport exhibit to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Mississauga train derailment. The outdoor exhibit was held at the Mississauga Civic Centre and ran from Friday, November 10th to Sunday, November 12th in 1989. The event was hosted by the City of Mississauga, CP and CN railways, Railway Association of Canada, Canadian Chemical Producers' Association, Ontario Trucking Association, Transport Canada, Ontario Safety League and Operation Lifesaver. |
