Description : | White with brown flecked reindeer leg skin boots and red and green wool strips sewn into seams. Reindeer leg skin sole has an insole seam with the ahir on the front piece flwoing towards the back and the hair on the back piece flows forward for extra traction. Toe curls up into a lon, narrow, three-quarter curl. The tip of the curl is sewn so the seam allowance is visible on the outside at the tip. Side strip extends from the side-heel to the tip of the curled toe. Heel is cut from skin with contrasting coloured hair. Heel piece is broad. The vamp extedns from the toe to a separate piece inserrted at the top. The boot is attached with boot straps with a loop sewn into each vamp seam at the ankle. Loops are made by twisting a narrow strip of barked skin. Red and greenfelt in vamp and leg section seams, heel has red and yellow felt in semas, front sole piece has green and red felt. |
