Description : | The bayonet came to be in Cow Head after a resident procured it while working on a boat in Nova Scotia. It bears similarities to bayonets used on commonwealth rifles such as the Lee Enfield or Owen Sub Machine Gun, although no markings identify it as such. Rather, the markings appear to be in a south-Asian language, indicating that this bayonet possibly originated in India. |
