| Commentaires : | Found in the wall of the cathedral by Master Carpenter Eddie Fitzgerald while renovations to the Basilica were underway in 1988. This hammer has been a part of the Basilica's permanent collection since then, and was placed on display when the Basilica Museum first opened in 1991. Despite the age of this hammer, no conservation measures have been necessary. |
