| Description : | Brim is 1.625", curled up at back, down in front. Self band is 1.5" wide. Crown is 3.5" high in back and 4" in front. Indent in center of crown & 'dents' for fingers in front. Inside lined with cream satin, label stamped in center. Black plastic coated band on inside. |
| Fonctions : | Belonged to Mr. Ernest Palfrey - he m. for 2nd time Mrs Jennie Newcombe (widow of Robert Newcombe). Jennie lived on Belcher St., Port Williams. Mr Palfrey worked at the Royal Bank in Barrington Passage. He left there in 1960 and moved to Kentville area. |
