| Description : | The 11 cm cotton band was probably added to the skirt at a late date. The skirt is attached. It is French seamed. The placket is 34 cm - no buttons or button holes. The hem line has a lace flounce and is 17 cm below the first band and lace is a gathered 2.25" cotton slip followed by three bands of lace below and two bands of narrower cotton. The bottom cape is a lace band with a scalloped cape. |
