| Description : | Large black straw "picture" hat. Crown is 1.5" high. Hat is made of narrow straw bands sewn together starting at center of crown to end of brim. Band are 0.75" wide - approx. 21 rows. Hat brim is 6" wide. Inside crown 0.75" grosgrain ribbon. Piece of felt 9.5" long and 2.5" wide at center back - tapered. Stiff 0.5 x 11.5" elastic attached at either end of felt. |
