| Description : | Baby slip has buttonhole stitched scalloped hem. Scoop neck and armholes edges are also buttonhole stitched. Tiny pearl buttons and buttonholes fasten slip at shoulders. 1 tiny embroidered star and 2 stems with leaves and 1 dot near center front hem. |

This slip was found in a trunk belonging to the donor's mother - Dorothy Etta Swindell and is believed to have belonged to Dorothy's mother - Ina Jane Swindell b. 1891-1981. |
