| Description : | Straw is pleated and stitched down. Brim is 5"; navy blue velvet ribbon 2.5" around crown and flat bow in center back, short streamers. Crown is 3.5"/ Coarse cotton as inner lining, edge folded over and hand gathered cloth is 3.25" wide, attached to crown by hand. Inner brim of straw under cloth to give body to the crown. *worn over a ladies bouffant hair style. |
