Description : A programme for the Fourth Annual Variety Show, with the title in black print on a pink paper cover, with six white pages inside. The cover indicates that the production was by the Erindale Community Hall Association, and was organized by Evelyn Crickmore and Bill & Thelma Glover with a long list following of others involved. Inside the programme are advertisements from local companies interspersed with the different acts. The programme was printed by the 'Streetsville Review Print.
Fonctions : Evelyn Hawkes Crickmore was the wife of Sydney Magrath Crickmore (1896-1977) who was first cousin to Annie and Naomi of Benares and nephew to Mary Harris. Her in-laws were Edwin Crickmore (1855-1930) and Isabel 'Minnie' Magrath (d. 1940). Sydney married Evelyn of Toronto in April of 1919 and they would later moved to Mississauga where they resided on Regional Road number 4 (Dixie Road). Evelyn loved to write and some of her works were published in local newspapers. She was also involved with writing and directing performances for the Clarkson Community Centre Players.
