Description : A pair of steel garden shears with wood handles for trimming hedges. One of the blades is imprinted with the image of a hedgehog in a circle and the words "Cornelius Whitehouse & Sons, Cannock and Hedgehog C Reg. Trade Mark".
Fonctions : Cornelius Whitehouse & Sons were a company that made edged swords during the Napoleonic era, and afterward switched to making hollow gas tubes, and edged tools such as shears and bill hooks.
