Description :	This is the steering wheel from a DHC-2 Beaver, possibly from a water bomber due to the metal plate and button on the wheel (described further). The bolt has just slid too far forward and seized there. The main component of the wheel is a grey painted metal. There is twine wrapped around the handles. The left handle has a red button with a red metal guard around it on the top of the handle. There is a electrical cord coming from that side of the handle and off the back of the steering wheel. This cord ends in two contacts. On the left hand side of the wheel, halfway between the center and handle is a small metal plate with the words "Dump Jettison".
