Description : The bottle is made of a dark green glass and has a crown closure. The cap of the bottle is still intact. The bottle has a long skinny neck that meets with 3" shoulders. The body, base and shoulders of the bottle measure all the same diameter. On the body of the body there is a centered paper label that reads "KEITH'S/ Trade Mark Registered/ .... Lager/ Made from Pure Molt and Hops/ Manufactured at/ NOVA SCOTIA BREWERY/ ALEX, KEITH & SON, Prop'rs/ HALIFAX, NOVASCOTIA." On the base of the bottle there is an embossed handwritten "H" enclosed in a circle.
Commentaires : This bottle possesses a seam that runs up the lip of the bottle so it was made by an automatic glass blowing machine which were not in production until after 1903. The green color of the bottle indicates that the bottle may have been made before 1930, as this is when they begun to use amber colored bottles.
