| Description : | Circular tin and lid for tobacco. A- is the bottom ogf the tin. Painted white on top half and green on the bottom. Remnants of a blue and white excise tax paper label along one side. Yellow border around top and bottom of tin. Top centre of can has a drawing of a scottish woman with 'MACDONALD'S Gold Standard 'EXPORT' Cigarette Tobacco' written beneath. On side is a drawing of a pink tobacco leaf with 'W.C. MACDONALD INC TOBACCOS, MONTREAL'. B- is the lid. Unpainted wth a knurled edge. Raised emblem of a lion and unicorn and remnants of a white and blue excise tax paper label with '1/2, 1/2' written. Tin contains a white substance resembling salt and a cork.. Ph3 2008 |
