| Description : | Small square shaped dark amber colored glass bottle with a 'prescription' lip and cork stopper. Mold seams run vertically from the base of the bottle to the top of lip, and are located diagonally from left to right. A seam also runs around the top of the neck and around the outside of the bottom of the bottle (cup-mold). There are two white paper labels. The larger of the two reads 'WELLCOME TINCTURE OF DIGITALIS' in black lettering. The word 'POISON' is written in red and white. The smaller label reads; '4 fl. oz. (115 c.c. approx).' Embossed in a circular pattern on the base is 'WELLCOMES CHEM. WORKS' and in the center is the number; '66'. PH1 2006 PH3 2008 |
