| Description : | A factory-made golf cap of charcoal cotton in a denim weave. Crest stamped in black on lining. Depicts a banner with wide end up and point down and curls to the left. A bird head and shoulders sitsat top of crest. A leafy branch passes through curl of banner with an end to right of bird and another to right of centre banner. 'Dressy ' is printed in banner. 'Fine make' is printed inside a scrolled black area at base of crest. Cap is made of four gores with self covered button at centre top, and peak at front. Centre circle of lining is of grey cotton twill and sides are of blue grey chintz of two piece construction with seams at centre front and back. Lining is attached at to outer edge of cap and faced with a brown leatherette sweatband, with ends overlapping at centre back under a blue tag with '7' in black ink. Cap attached to centre peak with metal fastener. Soiled. Rust from fastener on cloth at centre bottom of peak. Inner front lining seam undone. Metal fastener turning green on inside of cap. Top front wrinkled out of shape. |
