| Description : | A manufactured man's dress shirt with : 'X 14 1 2' on inside right of stand up collar. A circle in black ink on right back inside yoke near neck. On inside back right near slit opening '150' in pencil. Shirt is blue and white striped linen with yoke acrosstops of shoulders, small stand up collar with button hole at centre front, two button hole with a metal collar button at top of back slit closure. An added stiff front bib area with two tuck box pleat centre. Shirt is folded. Each blue strip consists of a set of three blue stripes divided by narrrow white stripes. The centre blue strip has '=' and ':' running alternately and vertically down the centre. PH12006 PH2 2007 |
